1. Training

1.1 Adekom provides free operation training for users, training details to be determined by both parties.

1.2 Basic air compressor knowledge, the structure principles of the airend and standard operation of air compressor system.

1.3 System components and parts of air compressor; Trouble shooting, usage and maintenance.

1.4 Adekom ensure that the trainees can operate independently and master simple maintenance and repair through training.

2. Installation, test and acceptance

2.1 After equipment arrival, technicians from Adekom should assist unpacking inspection of the equipment and guide the installation after check at the appointed time.     The equipment should be confirm by both parties.

2.2 Adekom will appoint experienced and skillful engineers to guide the installation and test on site. Technicians of the end user should participate in the whole     debugging process.

2.3 After equipment installation and testing, the performance of the equipment should meet the requirements in the technical agreements.

2.4 During the 1 year warranty period, Adekom promises to give a response in one hour after we got messages from the user. And we will arrive at the site to repair     within 8 hours.

3. After-sales service

3.1 Adekom provides a one-year quality guarantee that is 12 months from the date of delivery and commissioning. The warranty for the airend is two years.

3.2 Under the warranty period, Adekom will be responsible for free repair or spare parts replacement (except wearing parts) if there is failure or damage caused by     quality problems. When there are new versions of the control system or applications of the equipment, Adekom should provide free upgrade.

3.3 Beyond the warranty, the engineers of Adekom will revisit the users each half year. When there is equipment failure, the engineers will respond within 1 hour         after receiving the notice and timely arrive at the site for repair according to the user’s request.

3.4 Adekom will provide free layout plan of air compressor station, a list of materials required and related information on the air compressor.

3.5 Adekom will provide original special fittings and parts.

3.6 Adekom provides maintenance service and installation kits at any time.

3.7 Adekom provides free technical documents and consultation services.
